You can conveniently reach Hamburg by train with Deutsche Bahn. Your first stop has to be the landmark Michel church which has a 160-metre-high tower providing a breath-taking yet breezy view of the harbour and surrounding area. Enjoy a boat tour from the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken and admire the new Elbe Philharmonic Hall, located on the rooftop of a warehouse in the old Speicherstadt port district. Visit the sophisticated shops and boutiques located along the Jungfernstieg or just take a stroll along the many canals to discover even more. Attend a musical such as The Lion King, then enjoy a night out on the town on the legendary Reeperbahn and end up at the early-morning fish market.
